The Kilfitt makro Kilar 90mm is particularly interesting in that it is one of the first "aspherics". Not continuously variable radius , but a bi-radial solution.
My copy has an Alpa mount, and a little knob to pull in order to get a longer helix There are three versions, yours look like the shiny, number one lenshead. . They have number 219 as prefix and about 4900 were produced according to the great french expert Patrice Herve Pont.
Kilfitt made a large number of adapters. The adapters I have mounted on other Alpa Kilfitt lenses are marked with their name, so I would assume yours is as well. According to mr. Ponts book, the first version for Alpa had the the adapter " WEAL" (the third version lens has another adapter name) . The Practica mount would be WEPA. I have not dug out my Kilfitt price lists and have not cross checked the adapter names, but mr. Pont is generally very reliable.
The adapter threads are quite standard, so it should not be too difficult to have one made.
