The Sony a6400 is an excellent APS-C camera for close-up and macro photography, especially with manual lenses. The 24MP sensor, focus peaking, and electronic viewfinder significantly simplify manual focusing. APS-C also offers an effective crop factor, which is often advantageous for macro shots.
Your Olympus OM 80mm and 135mm lenses adapt well and provide a comfortable working distance. Just keep in mind that the a6400 lacks in-body image stabilization (IBIS), so good lighting or a tripod is helpful for sharp results.

Overall, it's a very solid setup if you enjoy working manually.
